I bought this track for my new barn doors.My contractor stated it was easy to install once he placed 2x4 board above the door.It looks like its sturdy enough to hold he weight, as designed. It is a value for the money spent.

We installed this on our barndoor from our master bedroom to the bathroom. We choose this since it was one of the few which was in stainless steel (to contrast the black stain) and tubular rail.Installation was quite easy, find the studs, drill pilot holes, and zip them in. We only used one spacer since we wanted to reduce the light coming through the sides as much as possible. Since the brackets are adjustable, it made it easy to secure to studs without a header board.One of the negatives is the finish. Some of the brackets were rough around the edges and slightly damaged. The rail also connects in two pieces in a very loose way. Also, we installed the door stops facing up, facing them down touched and damaged the wall. Overall, it looks good from far away and rolls smooth.

It works very smooth and fells solid when opening or closing the door.

Very stylish and it glides so easily on the rail. I have gotten numerous complements. I was able to install myself in less than half hour. I added a 1x4 to wall first as recommended but I should have skipped this as I didn't need that much added clearance.

This kit is very well made and goes together easily. All of the pieces and hardware are very heavy duty

Easy to install and the moveable pieces allow it to be installed without needing a wood board.

This is worth it and it’s so easy to install. My door is a full mirror 4ft wide. I used the 5ft length and only needed 3 mounts and 1 stopper since it closes to the door. It sooo quiet... I had a Henderson before which was a total disaster for sturdiness. I reused the valence just for completeness I have no regrets with my purchase thus far. I think it can hold heavier than 220lbs but with use of more mounts, yet there will be stress limit.

I'm a handyman and found this easy to install, it's very sturdy and looks good.

Like the self closing

Need to clearly understand instructions prior to installing. Maybe a little more clarity needed on them. Otherwise great product and installed and hung door in about an hour.
