The metal rails requires 7 spacers & screws and it only brings 6 of each. It required me to purchase additional spacers and screws from you. The manufacturer need to give seven of each.

I purchased the 13ft U-Max double door sliding barn door kit and was very pleased with the overall quality of the product. However, upon opening the package, I found that one of the door straps was missing (3 instead of 4). I immediately contacted the seller to inform them of the problem. Long story short, after numerous emails back and forth, which appeared to be stall tactics, I finally received a replacement piece 6 days later. Not very timely for sure. To their credit, they did send an entire new kit, but I only needed the one strap. The kit itself is well packaged to prevent scratching of metal products. The hard plastic wheels roll smoothing and the door strap bolts come with two different nuts,; to accommodate different door thicknesses. The door floor guide I did not use as I feel the method to cut a slot in the bottom of the door is not easily accomplished. I substituted an adjustable floor guide which did not require cutting a slot in the bottom of the door. With the double door track, the kit included a splice plate which is screwed to both tracks where they meet in the middle. It was nice in that this plate also functioned as a door stop so each door came to a stop directly in the middle - nice feature! Hopefully missing a part was a freak occurrence, but if not, expect to wait a while to get any replacement parts. Otherwise, overall, a very good barn door track.

All pieces feel like good quality metal. The assembly was easy! Big issue we had was that the predrilled holes of 16 apart did not work at all with the distance between our studs, but we made it work!!!

The price is right on these but the rail comes in sections. My contractor installed it pretty well but you should know that it is not one long solid rail. If it was, I would have given it 5 stars.

Works fantastic, unless you have trim around the frame. I had to drill out so that the hardware fit and keeps the door close to the floor.

Use as a door for recording studio 4 my Daughter flawless

Hardware is sturdy holds door I made about 100lbs slides with ease. Would've gave 5 stars but stoppers keep coming off , set screw don't tighten enough to stay in place other than that good heavy duty bar and rollers easy to install

I have installed three of these and they are good quality. The instructions are crap so be ready to figure it out yourself; if you rely on the instructions and don’t plan ahead you may end up doing some reverse engineering. Lay it out first and it will make sense.

great little piece of hardware. Must have for a barn door. It is in good shape and looks top quality.

Installation instructions were horrible and didn’t go in order. If I didn’t have common sense it could have been a disaster. The product itself is beautiful and seems to be sturdy for my oversized barn door.
